I swear earlier in the game getting a isoh cost you a damn arm and a leg it usually took 51 fingers to get one and now you can just buy them for 15 to 16 it's one of the rarest items in the game or at least I thought you can't just go and get one thing fighting a boss you have to randomly find it around the map unless they changed that
