Heavenly Restriction build

So I recently cashed in a bunch of shards and scrolls for the HR gamepass (+ Innate slot 3, god bless SpinoWeen for hooking a brotha up). But now I am wondering, what's the best build for this? I got Star Rage too, but for now I am planning on using HR and putting my innate abilities on hold for the near future. So what should I run? What's the skill tree like? What's the best armour?
