What do you guys think about making soul manipulation a legendary?
I feel like some people are literally scared to get soul manipulation because it steals the pity and it is honestly worse than volcano by a lot. The domain is pretty mid if I’m being honest, it is literally off brand star rage domain (only buff I’m aware of is soul touch sure hit) also maybe something cool they could add to make domain better is to make it so you can cast it without barrier mastery while stunned. (Lore accurate)

Got soul manipulation 3 times and ruined the pity, luckily I got gambler fever in ~30 spins
As far as i am aware Soul Manipulation is getting reworked and the reworked version may come out soon
The rework better happens, same with the demon vessel. Cause that CT I rolled it off for demon vessel.
Soul manipulation is one of the main reasons I bought the bag. With you bad you don't gotta worry about rolling off something good and getting soul.
Soul Manipulation should be legendary regardless of rework or not it’ll always be less than the other special grade by a mile.

I say release plant manip and put soul manip down so all the disaster curses are in legendary (maybe buff and rework or give a touch up to blood manip cuz Choso is was with the disaster curses for a bit
