What could I get for an energy scroll?

I barely know anything about trading; what could I get for this? (fingers, armor, spins, etc)

In trading - 9-10
Curse market - 5 fingers
But if the 5 energy scrolls for a domain shard/max scroll deal is in the curse market I’ve seen people trade up to 12 fingers each for energy scrolls
