Max scroll and domain advice

The two techniques I have rn are gambler and curse queen. I have the dimensional max scroll and I’m wondering if I should use it for Jacobs ladder. Something online said it was only good in the cursed queen domain. Is this true? And if not should I go for gueens domain or gambler domain?

I’ve heard it’s good I’m probably gonna get downvoted for this but if you’re pve only like I am I don’t think max technique matters that much I don’t get any use out of mine in boss fights domain is much more important but they’re great for investigations
