How good is impossible dream

So I managed to get enough heavenly chains to buy impossible dream at the curse market, and I'm just wondering how good it is, I know it's relatively strong but what about on PVP, context I have a friend who thinks he's a god at the game and me and one of my others buddies wanna team and challenge him, I'm max level BTW

I dont really do pvp but from what i have observed from its moves it totally shucks
