Cursed Queen

I just got Cursed Queen and was wondering if it's good? My current build is Volcano,Infinity,Demon Vessel and Ancient Construction. Should I swap out anything with Cursed Queen or leave it alone for now?

The first ability, ghastly fist, is really good for bosses as they don't take knockback. And the maximum, Jacob's Ladder, is insane for investigations.
