Best domain
I just got my first domain shard and was wondering which domain to get. I can get any except star rage as I do not have it. I've heard malevolent shrine is best but wanted some input.

Gambler is best, malevolent shrine is second best.
I would get shrine or infinite void first, they're both neck and neck, so it's up to you, and then gambler fever. Gambler is good, but imo shrine is better.
Shrine has excellent DOT so I’d go for shrine.
if u play pve, just get shrine domain since it has insane dot. Infinity used to be so good cuz it stuns everyone except u for so long, but it got nerfed, still good tho but not as good as it was. As for hakari’s/gambler domain, u can open domain without needing to fill domain meter, instead u get fever meter, if u manage to fill up the meter u r practically immortal
Shrine for damage, Gambler for survivability. Generally if you’re not allocating points toward RCT I would say Gambler is the move.
